Xbox Game Pass for PC is one of my favorite places to play games. The subscription service includes hundreds of titles to play, with more being added all the time. That makes a definitive list of all games and their sizes invaluable.

There are over 380 games to play on Xbox Game Pass for PC. Each game must be downloaded and range from 10 MB to well over 150 GB in size. Not all Xbox Game Pass games are on PC, but the hundreds of stellar titles included provide more than enough fun and entertainment for the average player.

I’ll be providing a full list of all Xbox Game Pass PC titles along with each game’s file size.

I’ll also answer a few specific Xbox Game Pass PC questions, including how long games remain on Xbox Game Pass, whether Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan includes access to the PC service, and more.

Complete Xbox Game Pass PC Games List

Xbox Game Pass PC includes 388 games to play. You retain access to every Xbox Game Pass PC game until your subscription runs out or if the game leaves the service.

Games must be downloaded to your computer first, so make sure to have enough space–some games require hundreds of GBs of storage.

I suggest using Xbox Game Pass PC with a drive that has at least 200 GB of available space.

That way, you’ll be able to download any game on the service (games such as the Halo collection and Microsoft Flight Simulator being well over 100 GBs each) with the option to download many small or mid-sized titles at one time.

Xbox Games Pass for PC also provides free access to a library of awesome EA Play titles such as the Battlefield, Madden, and Mass Effect series.

This is a complete list of all games on the Xbox Game Pass service for PC. Hundreds of titles are available for all Xbox Game Pass members to play.

Xbox Game Pass PC Computer Requirements

Xbox Game Pass for PC requires 5 main components to use. A Windows 10/11 operating system with updates installed, a modern computer with gaming capabilities, the Xbox App for Windows, enough storage available, and a Windows 10/11 compatible controller.

An Xbox Game Pass PC membership is also a requirement, which can be obtained by purchasing a PC membership or an Ultimate membership.

Xbox Game Pass for PC requires 5 main components to use

As a whole, most computers since 2015 have Windows 10 and new computers will include Windows 11 from 2022 and onward. Your computer will more than likely be able to access Xbox Games Pass for PC if you acquired it since 2015.

Ubuntu, Linux, SteamOS, ChromeOS, Chromebooks, iPhones, and mobile devices do not have a Windows operating system and cannot access the Xbox Game Pass App for Windows.

Therefore, a modern Windows computer will be able to download and run the Xbox App for Windows. This app grants access to the Xbox Game Pass PC service as well as the vast library of games.

Additionally, a Windows 10/11 compatible controller must be used to play games on this service.

The Xbox Series S/X, One, and 360 controllers are all compatible with Xbox Game Pass for PC. A host of other USB and wireless controllers are also compatible.

Your Xbox Game Pass PC experience will run smoother and be much more enjoyable once you make sure you acquire these things.

Xbox Games Pass PC Includes EA Play Games For Free

Xbox Game Pass PC members receive Electronic Arts’ EA Play service for free. The EA Play library adds over 60 games to play for Xbox Game Pass PC subscribers, including titles from Star Wars, Madden NFL, and The Sims series.

This is a bargain and an absolute steal for those who enjoy playing all the biggest releases under the EA banner. And Xbox Game Pass PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get access to all the games for free.

Xbox Game Pass PC members receive Electronic Arts’ EA Play service for free

All EA Play games are available to download after downloading the EA Desktop App and linking your Xbox and EA accounts. If you don’t have an EA account, you can create one for free.

Linking Xbox and EA accounts is quite painless and relatively easy. The Xbox App for Windows will navigate you through the process, prompting you to enter login information.

There are 7 steps to playing Xbox Game Pass PC EA Play games.

1. Sign into the Xbox App for Windows
2. Select an EA Play game and click “Install”
3. Install EA Desktop App when prompted
4. Install the EA game within the Xbox App
5. Sign into your EA Account (or create an account)
6. Link your EA Account with your Xbox account
7. Download and play the EA Play game

The process of downloading and playing EA Play games through the Xbox App on Windows for Xbox Game Pass members becomes even simpler after linking both accounts.

Just click on an EA Play game in the Xbox App. The EA Desktop App will open, asking you where to select your download path for the game. It’s that easy.

As far as what EA Play games you should play first, I personally recommend playing the Mass Effect series (some of my favorite sci-fi games of the last decade) along with Need For Speed Most Wanted.

Need For Speed Most Wanted is a solid open city racing game with solid courses, visuals, and a great line up of cars to drive. I love Most Wanted because it combines adrenaline pumping racing and car crashes with responsive controls.

Or play Madden 2021 if you’re into American football, the The Sims if you enjoy silly social simulators, and Plants vs Zombies for one of the best strategy games of all time.

Is Every Xbox Game Pass Game On PC? How Many Games Can You Play?

Not every Xbox game is on Xbox Game Pass for PC. The Xbox Game Pass service has 4 separate game libraries: console, pc, mobile, and cloud. Each of these 4 libraries has their own unique slate of games.

Xbox Game Pass Console Plan

• Access to console games only

Xbox Game Pass PC Plan

• Access to PC computer games only (including EA Play PC library)

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Plan

• Play Console games on Xbox consoles
• Play PC games on computers
• Play cloud games on mobile devices
• Play cloud games on browsers/consoles/PC
• Play console games on PC via cloud

Although some games are available on all platforms, not all of them are.

Specifically, Xbox Game Pass for PC has 370 games for you to play but it lacks some console-only games.

Xbox Game Pass console games such as Fable and Perfect Dark are not available to download on Xbox Game Pass for PC.

However, Xbox Game Pass console games can be played on PCs by streaming them to a computer with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan’s cloud feature.

As a whole, the Xbox Game Pass console library tends to include most of the same games as its PC counterparts plus additional games released only for past and present Xbox consoles.

But if you’re like me and want to play Xbox console games on your PC, using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate’s free cloud service is the membership for you.

Not every Xbox game is on Xbox Game Pass for PC

The Xbox cloud service provides 294 total Xbox console games, allowing you to play console-only games on PC through streaming.

You’ll also be able to play online multiplayer with friends that have the console version of a game by using the cloud service.

Once more, only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers gain access to the Xbox cloud service. This is the subscription I’ve had for two years and been enjoying immensely.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also allows you to play Xbox games on mobile devices via the cloud (some with touch support).

This is in addition to being able to access Xbox Game Pass on Xbox consoles, Windows PCs, and the Xbox cloud through supported web browsers.

Furthermore, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the ultimate way to play Xbox games your way. I highly suggest it, and I have played and beat many games I wouldn’t have otherwise.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a great way to try new games and play old favorites.

Does Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Include PC?

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Game Pass for PC. The ultimate Xbox service provides players with access to over 350 PC games, 60 EA Play titles, 290 console Xbox games, hundreds of games to play via the cloud on dedicated Xbox apps and web browsers, and Xbox mobile games with touch support.

The Ultimate plan also includes every perk of Xbox Live Gold, from exclusive membership deals to online multiplayer with friends.

Ultimate is the most cost-effective Xbox Game Pass plan available and it is worth the cost for the ridiculous amounts of value included, from cloud support and online multiplayer to gaining access to new games to play throughout the year.

How Long Do Games Stay On Xbox Game Pass?

As a general rule, Xbox Game Pass games stay on the service for several months. The time a game spends in the Game Pass Library before it rotates out varies from title to title, though users can view which games are leaving the service on the Game Pass dashboard weeks before a game is removed.

Xbox exclusive titles and game developed by Xbox Studios developers (including Bethesda) usually stay on Xbox Game Pass forever.

Games such as the Halo series, Minecraft Dungeons, Skyrim, and the Doom series are Xbox Game Pass staples that will undoubtedly stay on the service.

Exceptions do occur and some due to licensing issues. Forza Motorpsort 7, a Microsoft developed game for instance, has been removed from the service due to this very reason.

Thankfully, Xbox Game Pass members can purchase any game on the service at a discounted price to own forever.
