Will Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have breeding? ›

In past Pokemon games, breeding always took place at a Pokemon Daycare or Nursery. But in Pokemon Violet and Scarlet, breeding is done during Picnics, from wherever you wish.

Unlike some of the older Pokemon games, there isn't an obvious 'best starter' in Scarlet & Violet, especially as there are three different paths to complete and you can tackle them in any order you like. However, we believe that Fuecoco is the best starter for beating the game's main story.

Koraidon and Miraidon are exclusive to Scarlet and Violet respectively, meaning you'll have to trade if you want them both, but the others - the Ruinous Quartet - are found in all versions of the game.

Which Pokemon can be transferred to Scarlet & Violet from Home? It's been confirmed that players will be able to transfer all Pokemon caught in Scarlet & Violet into their Home account and bring select Pokemon from previous games into the Paldea region.
