Rob Your Neihbor

Rob Your Neighbor is a game in which all participants bring in a $5.00 gift. After all gifts are in, numbers are written up for the amount of gifts on the table, and placed in a "basket". Then, each player selects a number from the "basket". The player that selected the number 1 chooses a gift from the table, but does not open it. The player that selected the number 2 then chooses a gift from the table and opens it. Each succeeding player, in numerical order, selects a gift from the table and decides if they want to "rob their neighbor" of an opened gift. If they do select a gift that has already been opened, they exchange it for the gift they chose from the table. The person that has been "robbed" then opens the gift they were just handed. After all players have selected their gifts from the table, the player with the number 1 then has the option to chose from any of the opened gifts, or open the package that they had originally chosen. The game ends when the first package chosen is opened.
