How to reset automatic pet feeder? ›

To Set Time: 1. After powering feeder, the LCD will show a blinking 12 for time format setup. Use UP or DOWN buttons to scroll to select 12 hour or 24 hour time format. Press RIGHT button to set time.

Feed Now Not Working/Jammed

Clean the feeder. Replace the batteries with four, new D-cell alkaline batteries. Important: Use only alkaline batteries in the feeder. Press the sleep button on the back of the feeder to resume the programmed feedings.

Go the pet feeder' settings page, look for “remove device” Remove it and reset the pet feeder and pair it again through the app.

Reset the feeder to factory settings, holding down the Add Pet ( ) button for 10 seconds (until the light starts alternating red / green and the lid opens and closes).

On the front of the Smart Pet Feeder, you will find the 'feed' button. Press the 'feed' button for 5 seconds. When you hear a beep after about 5 seconds, this indicates that the reset has been performed successfully and the Smart Pet Feeder has been reset to factory settings.

Ensure the feeder is connected to a 2.4 GHz network, not a 5 GHz network. Eliminating any Wi-Fi extenders and mesh networks may be necessary. If the feeder is connected to a dual-band router, it may be necessary to separate the Wi-Fi bands, so the feeder is connected only to the 2.4 MHz band.
