About the Role

The Operational Center of Excellence sits squarely at the intersection of today and tomorrow, focused on delivery of business and financial objectives, while also helping define and develop the strategic building blocks for future growth. Partnering closely with channel leads and cross-functional leaders, this role will enable and accelerate profitable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own our Canada and Outlet businesses to deliver Budget financial goals,
  • Lead the evolution and execution of North America Real Estate Strategy threaded to Brand LRP and Budget,
  • Create and execute our 360 market strategy to win in key markets in collaboration with Marketing and Stores teams,
  • Partner with the Franchise team on existing International footprint and future expansion,
  • Partner on LRP process, threading Brand. Product, and Commercial needs together to define strategic and financial goals,
  • Support on storytelling and presentation needs for executive-level meetings including board, earnings, and ongoing business review meetings,
  • Lead team of two PMOs to support in execution of all strategic initiatives.

  • Understanding of the levers and unlocks needed to run both digital and brick-and-mortar businesses, while maintaining an omni lens
  • Strong operational skills and curiosity on end-to-end customer journey to help drive efficiency
  • Strategically-inclined with the ability to understand and prioritize what matters in driving meaningful, sustainable growth
  • Strong financial acumen; understanding of full P&L and levers/trade-offs to drive profitable growth
  • Exceptional influencing skills and collaborative mindset

Salary Range: $152,500 - $202,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
